Air Terminal Hotel

Staying here as convenient from the airport . Travelling with my bike so they very kindly allowed me to bring it up to the room to assemble . The spa facility is great Breakfast good . Pleasant staff

Check in staff average. Room clean and tidy. Good for morning flight for staying short period and return rental car

A good hotel that is right in the Terminal building, so is very convenient for those early morning flights. All was fine with our stay there, with no issues I can recall, we would stay there again if the need arises in the future.

Perfect airport hotel. Inside terminal. Only downside is the terminal it self. The restaurants close at 8PM. If you hope to have a meal after a late arrival, you only have the option to buy something to eat from the convenience store.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast buffet. Staying at this hotel made our travel much more pleasant and convenient - we'll be back.

Conveniently connected direct to airport, since I was getting in late, just wanted to get in bed to help with jet lag. Fit the bill extremely well.

Excellent location for an airport hotel. Very quiet. Being able to extend check-out time on an hourly basis was extremely helpful.

Landed at Narita and had a connecting flight to Chitose landing late. My friend chose the Air Terminal as it's connected to the airport - from where we picked up our luggage, it was less a ten minute walk - thru the terminal, to the hotel. Maybe it was that I was tired and slept thru it all however, I didn't hear planes or other forms of transportation thru the night. The bed was a little on the hard side (1-10, with 10 being hard as rocks), it was about a 6.5. Water pressure was decent as well as the temperature. Following the Japanese custom of being hospitable - great amenities. There was a Japanese and Western buffet breakfast - which was more Japanese which I appreciated. Dishes were cooked in small batches as I watched trays being switched out pretty regularly. Being connected to the airport, it was a short less than ten minute walk to the dining and shopping. I'd definitely stay here again for the convenience and comfort.

It is so convenient. We dropped off our car at the car rental, took the airport bus to the hotel which is right at the departure level, stayed overnight, and waked few minutes to the departure gate. Very simple and easy!!

We arrived at 9:39, already prepare our reservation. A very efficient transit hotel, breakfast was good. Located inside the airport makes it the best choice to stay if u arrive late and transit early in the morning.
