Location was ok. Wifi works. parking cost 1000Yen. ARoims old and needs refurbishment. Breakfast was poor. ....really poor. Won't return.

This hotel was nice enough, had everything you can expect from a hotel in Japan. The free breakfast was great even though the guy at the front desk told me not to expect much. The location is near several girls bars and clubs so I wouldn't recommend having kids out of your sight for long in the neighborhood. Anyways, great hotel, amazing staff and good breakfast all 2 stops from the airport

You have to take taxi from airport, cost 1800 yen. It's really worth if your group is more than 2 persons. No shuttle bus for sure. How ever this is the good price when you are group tour.
Walking from chitose train station is 20-30 minutes, not easy during snow season.
The staff is polite. very impressive. You can tell them to book the designed taxi you need.
Free breakfast with lovely staffs. Great!

suggest take bus from airport to hotel, bus station will near JR station. Hot spring are close, it is disappointed. staff are nice and helpful.

Hotel was good and within walking distance to the train station and only about a $15 cab ride to the airport!

very close from the airport!! However i heard many strange noises (water boiler,...?) which made hard to sleep well.

Not the quietest room, but good links to airport via "limousine" bus if going early, 10 min walk from chitose station. really cheap, didnt try the breakfast as had to leave early for a flight.
