One night sleep is acceptable than transfer to airport or other sightseeing destinations. Located just near JR and Aeon, surrounding have variety of restaurants.

Location was convenient. Room was clean and functional. Car park was a bit crowded though. A more visible sign could have been posted in the parking area for directions to extra parking space. (This post while available, was only posted in an indoor area)

Very convenient stay right at Chitose station. Super easy access for New Chitose Airport. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Luggage storage was very useful for us to explore Chitose before our flight.

Super convenient after a late flight into Chitose and you needed an easily accessible place to spend the night before heading out for your Hokkaido holiday. Very happy with everything and the simple breakfast included was a bonus. Be aware that the rooms are small, as is usual for Japan.

When I booked this hotel I didn't expect much. But it turned out to be the best one during my stay in the Sapporo. If you're coming with a late flight or getting an early one, I can really recommend this place, since it's ~10minutes by train from New Chitose. I didn't explore the area that much, but there's a 7-eleven around the corner, which is very convenient. The room was in top condition! The bed, bedding and pillow where, in my opinion, very comfy (they also had a "pillow station/bar" down by the reception with lots of pillow types to choose from). Bathroom looked and felt new, and had all the necessary toiletries.

Nice room and superb lounge. Good onsen and surrounding with restaurants and convini stores such as Seven Eleven and Family Mart. Free parking is what we like. My family enjoy the stay in this place.

Hotel is juat next to JR Chitose station which is about 10mins by train from airport. Good for late night flight arrivals. Hotel is very clean and has a public bath. Yayoi restaurant next door is convenient for late dinner.

Very good stay. Comfortable and we loved the onsen! Room a good size by Japanese standard but semi double bed a little too small. Close to the airport and convenient for our day trip to Lake Shikotsu. Staff polite and helpful and recommended a great Yakiniku restaurant that serves excellent wagyu beef. Will definitely stay again.

Location is great, next to Chitose station. Staff is great, helpful and friendly. Room is clean, everything functional. Room size is adequate, comfortable and well maintain. Breakfast is Ok. Free coffee/tea on second fl. and hot bath are very nice. Overall is exceptional with affordable price. Highly recommended when combine with JR-Pass to help the cost of Rapid Airport to Sapporo or other attraction spot in Hokkaido or with rental car since parking space is free.
