We stayed at the APA as we had a late flight and needed to take a train early in the morning to Toyama. The hotel is very conveniently located to the airport and within a few minutes walk of the train station. The rooms are small, so it may be a bit of a trial to open a large suitcase. But, for a short stay it's difficult to beat. The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable and will do their best to help you. The beds are very comfortable. There is a desk and refrigerator and the rooms are very clean.

We were staying an a different part of Japan and had an early flight. So, we needed to stay one night in a hotel close to the airport. This hotel is very conveniently located to Haneda Airport. The rooms are small (if you have large suitcases you may not be able to open them in your room). But, it is very comfortable. For us for one night it was fine. The staff are very kind and will do their best to make you feel very welcome (look out for the origami crane in your room - made by the hotel staff). There is a convenience store (Aeon) open to midnight opposite the hotel and the train station for the airport is minutes from the hotel.

Wonderful staff who were kind enough to accommodate my request to check-in early due to my health. There was an extra charge but given the situation I was more than willing to pay. The hotel was very quiet as was the neighborhood. Took 1 minute to walk to the local train station to ride the first train to Haneda for my flight. Highly recommend!

This hotel is close to Haneda Airport. Thus, it is an ideal hotel for when the next morning's flight is early or arrival is late at night.

Good location from Haneda airport also easy access to Tokyo. Very close to nearest train station with a lot of local stores around which you can enjoy food and drink.

Given its location, the condition of the hotel is not too bad at all. It is convent to travel to HND airport. There are a number of restaurants and corner shops around. The only conservation is the breakfast. It was supposed to be warm but was cold.
