As I arrived an older gentleman greeted me and asked if I was checking in and he was so kind and showed me how to use the self check-in machine. Also explained everything about the morning buffet breakfast that's included with our sty. Explained to me how to reserve the shuttle to airport. Awesome service arrigato. Near lots of convenience stores about few minutes away. Grey place

It was a last minute booking for overnight flight out of Haneda Airport. The hotel provided a shuttle service which was very convenient. Overall, a great little inn provided a continental breakfast. I would give it 5 stars, but the two gentlemen working the front desk and the breakfast area were not very welcoming. I understand the culture is very respectful and reserved but service with a smile every now and then will go a long way. People will always remember how you make them feel.

Great hotel for an overnight stay close to the airport. Very clean and a nice breakfast. Rooms are small but as every thing you need form a 3 star hotel.

Near the HND and free shuttles to and from airport. Clean and had bathtub was plus for me. Little small room but worked for us.

The free shuttle to the airport is a life saver. The staff is amazing. The room was outstanding. The 7-11 & Lawson being just steps away are also a lifesaver. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I know if we ever comeback this is definitely where we would stay again! A ¥

Don't let the exterior look of this hotel deceive you. The room and bathroom were large by Japanese standards, the beds were very comfortable, the staff is great, the location is very nice and within a 30 second walk to a convenience store (for those who don't know, Japanese convenience stores are great for food, snacks, drinks, etc.), and only about a 10 minute taxi or shuttle ride to the airport. This hotel is also a 7 minute walk to the nearest train station.

The staff at Haneda in were the highlight of our stay. Everyone spoke English, there was continental breakfast included, and the rooms were tiny but tidy. The staff were even kind enough to give us a ride to the airport in the evening after their shuttle hours ended because we had so many bags and they felt sorry for us. The Haneda Inn is definitely a great place to stay the night after or day before a Haneda flight!!
