Check in/out was seamless via self-service machine; however if you need staff service then good luck. We asked the male staff at 7pm 8/13 Tuesday about shuttle how to reserve and which one is better for my flight, he interrupted me twice saying he's hotel not airline so i ask airport by myself. you'd prob get better/politer staff at guest house near by if you need suggestion when/how to get to airport. everything else was nice. hotel itself is clean and shuttle driver is very helpful to confirm delivering me to the right terminal.

Overall its good. But there are no airport shuttle between after 11:10am and before 4pm. If you would like to leave around between this time frame, you would need to do your own taxi or public transportation. Or you can leave with 11:10am shuttle bus and wait at the airport.

Great airport hotel with free airport shuttle service. Plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area and train station is nearby. Very easy to get to airport on train to eat and shop too I recommend then nearby chicken bone ramen shop and juicy burger place

Good option for an overnight stay, close to the airport. The free shuttle is offered at certain times from Terminals 1 and 3. Arriving at Terminal 2, we needed to get the free airport shuttle bus to another terminal then get the hotel bus. Might have been easier to get the train.

The hotel room is like a box. Barely any space. It took a while to get the hotel keys and the shuttle only works until 11:10 am.

The hotel was clean and quiet and very convenient to and from HND airport. Taxi, Uber and train made it easily accessible to all our sightseeing adventures and restaurants. Staff was kind and professional
