The hotel is very modern and clean. Really like the design concept of it. The staff is very helpful. It provides shuttle service to airport (huge plus). Shuttle service to the airport is awesome and runs on a convient schedule for all travelers. The room was quiet and clean. Bathrooms are nicely sized and were very clean and ordered. The bed was very comfortable as well and allowed me to sleep peacefully. I stayed here a week and would definetely return again. Thanks

The service was excellent overall, including the delightful breakfast with an airport view from the top floor. However, the free shuttle bus from Haneda Airport to the hotel is only available during limited hours in the late afternoon. It would be great if the shuttle service could be extended to cover more hours. Thank you.

This was such a cool hotel, the food in the restaurant downstairs was incredible! We loved the breakfast as well and the hot tub was so relaxing . It was our favorite hotel on our trip. Loved the shuttle to the airport too!

Nice property, however there isn't much around it. Perfect if you plan to do the activites like kayaking, biking or fishing (hotel has stuff you can rent) but if you are looking for convenience like proximity to transportation or food, it leaves something to be desired. Convenient shuttle to airport.

Super convenient if you need a stay near Haneda airport. 10 minutes taxi from terminal 3 only costed 12 USD. They have free shuttle if you want to wait
