This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. They offered early check-in at 1500 yens per hour before 3 PM, which was reasonable. The hotel offer free hotel shuttle; however, it's much easier to take the train, which is located at the bottom of the hotel.

Perfect hotel for a sleep before/after a flight. We were flying back to the UK and had a layover in HANEDA airport. Hotel is super convenient just a couple stops on the subway. Nice room, good laundry room, amazing views from the roooftop, and tasty breakfast

Great overnight stay. Great room and very hospitable and helpful staff. Free shuttle to HANEDA. Breakfast was not included, which, for the price, it could have.

So hard to find the hotel entrance.
Room was very small but clean.
Had to use taxi to get to the terminal.

Nice and helpful staff. Great location to/from airport. Free airport shuttle, first come first serve, and passenger space is limited (arrive early at the hotel to get on shuttle)

Excellent service by staff. Poor food choice for evening meal, room had no hot drinks facilities. Breakfast good, no room service.

Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost.How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

Property is an ideal location for a 1 -2 night stay near the airport. Rooms are very nice and restaurant on site was good. Restaurant needs to offer 1-2 dishes that are vegan, vegetarian or plant based.
