We were there just for the night and it was perfect (the mattress was a little on the hard side, but not a big deal). Clean, hot shower, good water pressure, A/C that worked well, comfortable. And the airport shuttle runs on time!

Not a bad place at all. Friendly staff. And they have a shuttle. Be advised that if they pick you up at terminal 2 you have to go down stairs. Also you must call for shuttle. It takes awhile.

We were down for the airport shuttle in good time but the guy kept waving peoples that had come later on and telling us to wait. Don’t trust you’ll get a shuttle in time

My stay in the hotel was very brief as I moved there from the city center to be able to catch my early morning flight. The hotel is clean and modern. The service was prompt. I didn't use the free shuttle bus that the hotel offers when getting there because it is within literally 5 minutes of walking from the Terminal Aerea subway station (line 5). You don't have to pre-book the shuttle to the airport. I showed up just before 4AM and the shuttle was there within 10 minutes.
