Stayed in the apartments, not in the main hotel. Apartments were beautiful and comfortable. Had full access to all the hotel amenities which was really nice. Amazing breakfast buffet.
Downside is that it is isolated from everything, and you have to eat at hotel. Would only stay here when you need to be at the airport. Not to see the city.

Needed a hotel close to Schiphol airport. Apartments reasonably priced. Access to hotel with full amenities.

Our experience was average, we arrived at 9.30 PM and still had to wait for 30 min as the room was not ready. Even after checking in the TV and intercom didn’t work. However when complained they fixed it next day. Apartments are ok, with limited amenities, free shuttle to airport is good, overall features with restaurant, gym and pool are good

We had a great stay. Helpful staff, spacious room in the apartment section that was well equipped. The dinner and breakfast buffet were great. Airport shuttle was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

This was the last hotel we stayed in during our 4 week trip to Europe and it was by far the best, best value, excellent rooms, very spacious and easy parking. Very helpful and friendly staff. They have a restaurant and cafe which are also great, although the buffet dinner at $80 (AUD) per head is just too expensive, especially if you need to dine every night, it was cheaper to catch the shuttle to the airport and eat at one of the restaurants there.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent communication. Shuttle service excellent. Checking and check out easy. Clean modern rooms. Easy access to airport and city centre.

The place is definitely short staffed. Room not ready by time promised. Initially given room with fewer beds than reserved. Took a while to get resolved. Restaurant undercooked burgers—raw in middle. They are nice about correcting, but I’d rather not deal with this on vacation. It will be a hit or miss for you.
Convenient and reliable transport
To and from airport is a plus.

Yassem made a difficult situation for my mother and myself bearable. We left the Netherlands early due to her my mother’s pneumonia. He assisted us with trying to find a physician as well as transport to the airport. When the driver did not arrive on time, Yassem drove us himself. He assist ed with the loading of heavy luggage as well as removing it. The hank you so much Yassem for going he extra mile!!!!
