Easy to get to and from the hotel with shuttle bus... staff was really helpful. The only thing i was disappointed with is not being able to pay cash and having to use my card for everything including room stay, and restaurant.

In general, the hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The aircon in my room didn't work so 4 stars not 5. I also enjoyed the buffet style food for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but there is a frequent shuttle bus to the airport for €5 which take around 10 minutes each way.

Everything was good aside from checking in it's very slow only 1 person in the reception and take ages take that aside the shuttle was on time, we had a family room very spacious and beautifully made we all love it they have a small store self serve which is very handy coz we check in 10pm definitely will stay again if we go amsterdam

It was very nice. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and fresh. Very convenient to the airport, especially for cyclists. We were disappointed not to have assured secure storage for our bikes. It was difficult to get the bathroom door to latch without a hard push. The pillows were rather lumpy for our taste.

The hotel is very close to the airport but not in an area close to any attractions. It looks as pictured on the inside minus the bright finished look. We encountered two rude staffers but from our visit there, it seems that Dutch people are not friendly.

Stayed one night because of cancelled flight. Excellent shuttle service and information. The only negative was the air conditioning not working, but there was a fan in the closet so it wasn’t much of a problem though. Shuttle back to airport had a cost of 5€. Check out time is at 11 at latest.

The hotel is a great deal for the price. We slept very well in comfortable beds and even though it is so close to the airport it was not noisy. Many thoughtful details in the rooms! The only downside is the lack of public transportation. We used the ride share “Bolt” to get into the city center and back. Each ride was about $20.
