Terrible signage in airport so took an hour to find it. Hated the weird lack of bathroom with the shower and toilet being in glass cylinders in main room. Airport hotels are usually for 1 night for tired travellers and should be simple and familiar. This was complex and unfamiliar. Would never stay again.

Always a solid choice when traveling early in the morning and you want to be at the airport in 3 minutes. My favourite airport hotel. Clean, quiet, simple and funky. What else can someone want?!

Great 1 night stay. Booked last minute for a great price. Hotel is a very short walk away from airport terminal and train station. Train to Amsterdam central station goes under 20 minutes. Super comfy huge bed. Good shower. Hotel feels very new. Room is small and lacks storage space but that is common for CitzenM (you get what you book) so not a complaint. Super speedy self check in and check out

We discovered this hotel over the summer due to a cancelled flight, and now it is our go-to hotel for our last night in the Netherlands. Walking to the airport in the morning is super convenient, but this hotel is pristinely clean, super modern, and staff are so friendly and professional. We also love how the iPad controls everything in the room. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud - we always wish we did not book the first flight home so we could sleep in longer.

Flight missed due to delay, very convenient hotel because close to the airport. Citizen M never disappoints. The food in the evening was not very good (small selection, no real dinner possible), breakfast on the other hand was decent.

CitizenM is quite possibly the best hotel chain EVER. Building a community amongst travelers is the way we should be. Not a stack of rooms where people don’t interact and get to know each other.

Convenience location for a early flight at Schiphol Airport. The room is super small, if you are traveling with several luggage, be sure to ask for the room size when booking. It is a nice hotel, this is our third time staying at this hotel when visiting NL. But this time the shower heater was broken only hot water was coming out no cold water. We had to rush to go to the airport, so we lost by going to another room to take a shower. Unfortunately was a stressful start of our trip.
