This was very convenient, as you don’t have to leave the airport, and shops and food areas are very close. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Only drawback…the rooms are really small, and the checkout is very early. Just a place to get a bit of sleep while in transit.

Very easy to get to and conveniently located right by McDonald’s and a sushi cafe in the airport.

To get to the hotel you have to go through security which was eventually fine but it took over an hour of walking around asking different airport staff where the hotel was and being pointed in constantly the wrong direction until finally finding someone who knew where it was
Also the McDonald’s and other food places near Yotel close quite early and don’t open early so couldn’t get food when arriving or leaving. Very expensive for what it is.

This place was very convenient for a 11 hour layover. A little tight on space and hard to get to, but overall a good stay.

Got the hotel for my mom, 23 hour layover. Staff was very attentive, but wasn’t super helpful with non English speakers regarding transfers.

Easy and comfortable and within the security area, so we didn't have to spend time going through that for Our early morning flight.

It took us forever to find the location and we received several different answers from the airport staff as to where to go. We ended up being told to exit the airport, just to be told we had to go back through. The shower didn’t drain properly and the drain made a loud sucking sound. We couldn’t control our own air temperature and the tv wouldn’t turn on. There was also a very loud noise during the night coming from somewhere.
