PREMIER SUITES PLUS Rotterdam

It was TERRIBLE by all means. Bed linens were disguising , smelled and spots all over , not fresh. Misquotes in the suite bitten kids in faces . Alarm sounded at 2 am and we all went down , it was false alarm and I learnt from others it did happen a couple of nights before. We stayed a couple of nights and it was the WORST in my 25 years of traveling….don't be fooled by what I think made up reviews by people of interest in this property.. the WORST.

Comfortable and convenient. Great base for traveling around The Netherlands.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. They were short staffed but the staff they had was very friendly. We put the sign out our door for garbage pickup and it never happened, almost every day there was an issue with the parking ticket, and they just didn’t seem to have enough people to keep up with the clientele.

Great location and staff were very friendly and informative. The one area that has to be addressed and imparoved on is parking. Upon booking the client should be told how to locate the parking garage.

Having never been to Rotterdam before, my family, and I, had a great time. A big part of that great time was due to Premiere Suites Plus. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The suites themselves were very clean and very comfortable. The location was ideal for our needs, as we were still traveling around the Netherlands by train. The room was in great condition, the beds were super comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Good portion of the sights in Rotterdam were about a good 10-15 minute walk away. There are great restaurants just around the corner. If you're going to stay in Rotterdam, for a few nights, I highly recommend this place.
