It was amazing. Easy parking and room condition is very clean. I left my clothes but they kindly keep it and return back to me. Thank you so much.

Great communications with property after our first flight was cancelled. Hassle free re booking of apartment. Friendly staff, great secure parking and a breathtaking view. Will be booking again very soon!

The location of the apartment is great. You can see the entire snow-capped mountains and lakes through the floor-to-ceiling windows facing the landscape. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the commercial center and is also close to the airport and supermarket. The apartment service staff is very nice and the apartment facilities are also complete. I will stay here again next time I go.

Awesome stay! Our flight landed in the morning, we asked to drop our bags off at 11 and they already had our room resdy for a early check in. The room was nice and warm when we got in. Loved our stay and would definitely go back again. The fireplace was a deal breaker !

The view is amazing! Good to have an assigned parking spot as Queenstown is known for its difficulty in parking. They literally have everything, including a dishwasher!

We had 4 wonderful nights here, the fire was our favourite our bed was so comfortable I enjoyed a bath every night & even though it was on a busy road it didn’t matter it was so quite & peaceful we could believe how beautiful our view was of the lake & mountains it was perfect we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in every way thank you for being so easy we will be back for sure very happy traveler’s we didn’t want to leave.

Hotel is 10 mins drive to town center and shopping area. Also 10 mins drive to warehouse outlets. Room is somewhat small and dated. Noise from neighbor unit can be heard. Allocated parking lot in the basement. Washing machine and dryer are available. Tip: pay for rooms with a view. Ground floor units have no privacy.

Best hotel for this south island trip. Close to town with a full kitchen and unbeatable view. Staff is very responsive and friendly.
Just be aware that there is no elevate and stairs only from parking lot to the room.
