Air Hotel

Very close to the airport. Fast €5 to Air Hotel. Free shuttle to the airport. 5 minute walk to fast food joints and markets. Good Aircon and good pressure shower. In front of a bus stop.

Lovely hotel, great location, close to airport, easy access to town centre by public transport. Free service to/ from airport available, although hard to get through to book it.

The lady receptionist was most helpful,friendly and courteous Breakfast bar very good: maybe not as many choices as in other Polish hotels but the food was fresh and very tasty Great re airport transport service However upon arriving at Chopin airport from a 20 hour long flight I had some trouble contacting them multiple times

Overall, if you need to stay a day or so, it’s okay. It’s close to the airport, but other than that I can’t recommend this hotel. The front desk staff is incompetent. I asked for an iron, no one brought it to me, so I had to go and find housekeeping myself to ask for an iron. Same day I asked what time is the check out. The lady said at 12pm but you can stay until 1pm (my shuttle bus was scheduled for 1:30pm). Next day at 12 pm housekeeping knocked on the door and was like “oh, I’m sorry, they said you left”. Like what??? So now I’m at the check out and the receptionist just randomly started talking russian to me. I said “excuse me?” And he was like “do you speak russian?” Why in the world? I don’t speak russian. I came to the front desk and IN ENGLISH said I’m checking out. No, I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend this hotel.

The shuttle to/from the airport wás appreciated and convenient. The property was modern and clean. I would stay again.

The stay was pretty good. The staff spoke English very well. The only problem we had was that no one would answer the phone. We tried many times with no response. Then two days later, we tried again several times and still no one would answer the phones. We were unable to use the shuttle service from the airport and had to use a taxi because no one would answer the phone.

A nice nights sleep before a morning flight.

For the price very convenient, with free bus shuttle, for people that are staying overnight for a flight the next day.

Friendly staff, clean room as well as having great transportation that brings you to the airport and around the area. Lastly, the price was reasonable.
