No early check even by 1 hour even though rooms were available. After 8 hours of flying it would have been nice. Going forward we will be booking else where.

Decent hotel. Close to downtown Ponta Delgada. Not too far from airport. No complaints about the hotel itself or the staff. The one issue I had is that I had requested early check-in ahead of time since my flight landed very early. There was no response. I asked at the hotel when we got there and this was the first they had heard of it. We ended up having to wait many hours until we could check in. While I understand this happens, it would have been nice to know ahead of time if this would happen, so we could make other arrangements.

We used this hotel for a convenient close to airport location for the last night of our vacation. Comfortable beds and take away breakfast was offered because of our early departure time. I’d stay here again. Short walk to local restaurants

There were minor things like no Kleenex, no shampoo and no mini fridge but the noise is really the only complaint we had about this place. The beds were very firm which is great if you like a hard mattress. The walls are paper thin and we had the misfortune of being in a room with an adjoining door so we could hear everything being said in the adjoining room. Bring ear plugs or play music to drown out the noise. The breakfast was really good and the staff were very good. The shower was awesome. Gated parking with in and out privileges was 3 Euros a day which is pretty good for a downtown hotel.

Nice location in town, close to the airport. Great service, and nice facilities with a restaurant and bar. I know that this is common in the Azores, but the beds were as hard as a rock. Really frustrating to stay in a nice little place like this and not be able to sleep on the bed. If that’s not an issue for you, you’ll love this place.

Great staff. I made a mistake booking with Expedia, and the staff were extremely helpful in sorting it out. Expedia, on the other hand, was absolutely useless. I spent two hours of my 24 hour layover in the Azores on the phone with Expedia, who still didn't sort out a simple problem. I won't be booking with Expedia again.
