Unfortunately this hotel is not well kept and it looks more like a motel than a “Resort”like it’s name suggests.The common areas of the hotel are nice, the rooms are a little box with the bare minimum. The bathroom sink didn’t even have a stopper, the sink drain was clogged. Our room had a vie of the first floor rooftop, and it was disgusting with empty cans of paint everywhere that were corroded and so dirty we kept the curtains shut. It frustrates me as a puertorrican to see that everyone has so low expectations, and to see that the owners of the hotel put so little effort and money into it.
My husband and I travel often to Aguadilla and always stay in short term rentals, this was a las minute decision that we regretted.

Property is very nice but the check-in process was horrible. When we first arrived, no one was at the front desk, waited for 5 mins and no one came. I had to call the corporate office and have them transfer me to the hotel staff to ask someone to come. After checking in my key didn’t work, so I had to go back to the front desk and again no one was there ! Waited and then had to call and get transferred and wait again for someone to come. That is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!

Great location if you want to be close to the airport. It was clean and comfortable. I did not use any of the facilities, but for the short stay it was perfect.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located to the BQN airport. Friendly staff. Large outdoor pool. The restaurant food was really good and their pina coladas were some of the best my wife and I had ever had!

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. The restaurant was great for breakfast, and the pool was clean and beautiful, perfect for a morning swim! Very close to the Aguadilla airport. They were able to accommodate us at 2:00 in the morning after our flight was canceled. I would definitely stay again. Close to Crash Boat Beach which is absolutely lovely.

Not a resort. More of a motel. But it was close and convenient to the Aguadilla airport and the A/C was COLD !! Major plus.
