Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa

It was a wonderful stay, room is large and convenient with a full kitchen, breakfast buffet is very good, the hotel offers shuttles to places nearby. It has a private beach and some pretty good pools with bars. Varios good restaurants inside and close to the hotel too. Will recommend to anybody!!

This property needs to be revamped. During my stay, the AC wasn’t Working, the WiFi wasn’t working, computer systems are outdated, and the rooms itself are kind of outdated. Rooms are spacious however. I really did like that they provide a shuttle to drive you to the nearby restaurants and bars along the strip. The staff at this hotel appear to be really seasoned and SLOW. Every process, check in and check out at this property was slow. Staff does not move quickly to do anything nor care about your time. I don’t want to sound like an ageist but a lot of the staff are elderly and create such a long and draining process to take care of guests needs. I probably will not stay at this property again.

It is a little hilly to some of the rooms but there is a shuttle available. Depending upon where your room is the view can be nice.

We visited for our daughter's birthday and it was a lovely experience. The amenities were nice and the rooms were clean. The restaurants also had really good food. The parking was not ideal but we would book this property again on our next trip to St Martin.

No parking area

The property was beautiful. The walking up and down the hill was tume consuming, but the shuttle was available most days. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded which made all the difference in my vacation experience! The beach was beautiful, as were the grounds. My only complaints would be the sugar ants were not sprayed, the sketchy wifi causing tv disruption, and the multiple power outages. Although brief, they affected the wifi and tv. My first room was like a closet (dark and tucked away). But the move to the new room was great!! I would definitely stay again.

Checking was easy , room was not ready at 4 pm , checkout is at 10 am ,I think is too early it should be at 12, the room was clean ,the area around the hotel very well keep. Free parking and plenty of spots , excellent security for the parking . We had a problem with the air conditioner and we called and in less that 5 minutes the maintenance person came and fix the air , I think his name is Dominic not sure but he fix the problem super quick in 5 minutes. Over all i would return to this hotel.

It’s an amazing resort. Love the ocean view suites. Very spacious & has a fully equipped kitchenette. Only downside is the walking up the hill but there’s a shuttle that can take you back & forth.

A very good place for a vacation on Saint Martin. Close to the airport. Lots of pools and dining options. Staff are very friendly.

The roads around the resort need repair. The layout required steep walking. But the shuttles helped navigate and they were there to pick you up in a very timely manner.
