I enjoyed staying at the Marriott Seoul Botanic Park. The facility was very clean and close to restaurants and the subway station. But I was disappointed that I could not get a refund for the two days I could not stay due to problems with my flight. I checked in on the 21st but was charged for all ten days.

All the staff were so supportive from beginning to end of our stay. Front desk helped book our taxi. Hotel was accessible to subway. Rooms are very clean and cozy
