Excellent service friendly and helpful parking under the hotel easy to find. Rooms are cleaned and nice the mini bar was free and nice coffee machine. Really liked the choice of eatery’s so much to choice from, loved the fact it is right on the entertainment. You get a £10 free voucher for the casino which was a nice touch breakfast in the morning was lovely although only scrambled egg on offer and it could do with being put somewhere with a little more room but all in all a very good breakfast.

What an awful hotel and spa. It began with my wofe trying to check in whilst my flight was delayed, only to be told they wont let her check in without me - even though she was registered as a guest. Then she was told that I would need to email the front desk to let her in. They made her wait so long that reception said they would give her free car parking (the £20 bill for parking was therefore a surprise when we got to the barrier to leave). She was then told that she only had 90 mins in the spa - but there were no robes (so not like the picture online where they are on the bed). The room smelt like someone had thrown up on the carpet, and that had been cleaned that morning. The one saving grace was the breakfast and the staff - who were excellent, polite and attentive. Upon checkout, there were groups of people arguing with the reception staff about things they had been told/booked and not recieved (so a sililar experience to us). All in, not a very good experience but very expensive compared to local competition. When it opened it wasnt like this, but it is now dated, run down, and actually very unpleasant.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP needing work. I would recommend this hotel and its facilities.

I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. When I arrived I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed with sensory things and I was bombarded with so much info all at once. When I explained to the receptionist I had ADHD and struggles with information all at once and she still continued being really fast. So I panicked quite a bit about where to go and what to do. It would be nice to have someone actually show me what to do rather than tell me.

hotel smart but free parking was only available for certain superior rooms and this was not clear (£20 for their own parking is excessive ) check in and hotel very smart and easy . i gave overall 3 stars as a strange constant noise kept me awake ( turned air con off but still continued )

For a 4 star hotel with spa charging £15 per person for a robe which most hotels give anyway, extra charges for everything including parking etc

Stayed here while attending a show with my mother at the arena. Best location and very nice hotel. I would recommend that those attending a show contact the hotel about parking in advance.

Went to an Arena Concert. Very easy parking, access to restaurants, short walk across road to VIP Access Arena. Clean, tidy, quiet'ish (airport nearby with occasional background noise but not all the time). Good sound proofing. Very good overall and will definitely use again.

We had a lovely stay, everything was clean and tidy. We paid extra for the upgraded room and enjoyed the mini bar snacks, convenient parking and breakfast. Not sure there was anything different about the actual room and whilst the decor isn’t to my tatste, the room very clean. Although the pillows were rubbish so next time I would take my own. The outside hot tub was lovely and the spa was well managed, so when we went it wasn’t crowded. All the staff we dealt with were lovely and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.
