The hotel situated in the middle of Bournemouth. It doesn't have the lift, floors are creaking, room is clean but tired. In the room we have a small TV from 1980 era, this match the bathroom decor. There is kettle, to make your own coffee or tea and some biscuits which are the added bonus. The receptionist is a single man band, juggled queries alone, phone or walk in customers, which make it seems very rush in handling customers. The lady in the bar was very friendly. Overall, the hotel is tired and need a good clean throughly. The part that can be handled directly by the staff are clean but places like outside window, walls, conservatory's window are dirty. There is also free parking area. It is ok hotel.

Not bad for a one night stay visiting friends. Friendly welcome from reception. The room was clean with plenty of tea and coffee, comfy bed and enough power sockets to charge phone and laptop etc. I can't comment on the leisure facilities as I didn't have time to try them. Breakfast was ok; although hash browns, beans and mushrooms would have been nice to have on the buffet. Free parking was most welcome. It's not the newest property; but perfectly good for a short break. For those evening drinks; it's about ten minutes walk to the start of the town centre drinking circuits.
I would stay here again.

The hotel was ok, nothing special. It has gone down in my estimation having stayed there before. In the past you get ask for eggs of your choice at breakfast, but now only scrambled eggs on offer. Also the sausages were not fresh - probably left overs from the day before and reheated ! The dressing table had stains on it, but for a short budget stay it was satisfactory. The plus side is you get free parking.

First impressions is that the hotel requires some TLC & modernisation & wouldn’t take much to do this a coat of white emulsion around the ground floor area would certainly brighten it up. However the room was clean & tidy & a fridge in the room was a bonus, unable to open windows so this may be a problem in the summer.
For the money we paid it was value for money which included a basic breakfast, free car parking & gym with swimming pool again needed some TLC but I did use the pool area & nice extra. Overall it was ok for the money we paid. Staff very helpful especially receptionist who didn’t seem to go home

Located in a quiet road. Convenient walking distance from train station approx 5 minutes. Ample parking onsite.
Receptionist wasnt the warmest of greetings after travelling 3 hrs. A bit sarcastic. We booked room only as we had come to Boscombe for a concert. Sniped i guess i need to split the cost of the room. Both of us noticed the sarcastic tone of her voice but we chose to ignore it til we got to our room.
We had booked a twin room. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room it was huge. Twin settee table and 2 chairs overlooking the car park. Large bathroom. I read the comments before booking about decor. It is tired and a bit dated but its clean and tidy. This is a 3 star hotel not 5 star. One thing i am going to moan about was the heat. Even at night it was boiling. No air con and you couldnt open the windows it was awful.
I cant pass comment on other facilities there as we didnt use them.
As i said this is a nice 3 star hotel. In need of upgrading but its clean and tidy. Ideally located to the beach.

Arrived quite late, but night porter was welcoming. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Decor is very tired. Cleanliness was ok. Thought initially that it would be noisy (some very noisy guests downstairs), but it was quiet once in my room on second floor. Good parking.

We are very happy with our hotel choice. Easy to get to, very neat and decent neighbourhood, plenty parking spaces and friendly staff all day.
Our room was nice, quiet and very neat. The breakfast was good.
We’ll definitely recommend and visit again.
