The Holiday Inn in Bournemouth was fantastic. Staff were so welcoming, room clean and modern with everything you need. Breakfast had a good selection including a hot cooked breakfast. Service was great and parking was easy. Definitely would return again.

I was really shocked to be charged £15 a night for parking on arrival at check in. I thought this was very expensive. I have stayed in lots of holiday ins and never been charged for parking! However the staff were all very friendly and gelpful. The room was clean and reasonably quiet. The beds were not the best. Both myself and my daughter both woke with backache unfortunately. We were visiting the University open day so for location i would recommend this hotel. If you are happy to pay for parking, I would say this hotel is great. Unfortunately I don't think we will be returning.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast choice, very convenient position in walkable distance to town centre and seafront. Easy parking though you have to pay extra for this.

Comfortable stay for a family of three for 3 nights. Easy parking, good service by the reception team. Plenty of breakfast options but not loads of seating so go early. 15 Minute walk to the pier.

Very pleasant receptionist, but he lacked basic informkation such as where disabled parking space was, Easy access from car cark to lift and room. Room: dirty tissue in tissue box. No toilet lid. Rubber grommets missing off seat so it banged. Nowheret o hang towels to dry. No coat hooks in bathroom. No drawers. TV not connected, had to call staff who came quickly but was unable to tell us the reception no. Good bed but tired pillows. Good quiet a/c. Breakfast : not all items on menu were available, no low fat milk, fruit salad or low fat yogurt. Cutery and napkins needed to be collected from staff on arrival in room. Eggs to order came separately so you either had to queue up again to be served the other hot items or have them go cold while you waited. - a very strange arrangement. Ancient rusty slow toaster.. Lovely staff and waitress went out of her way to help people. Reasonable selection of hote and cold items. Hotel location is good for local transport lius and car park is good, but had to be paid in advance. No resdtaurants in immediate area, but about 15 minutss to wide variety of ethnic and fast food outlets or down a hill to the pier area.

Great Location easy walking distance to town or beach On site parking a little tight for larger vehicles and a little expensive at £11 pounds per night for residents Reception staff hit n miss some really lovely others not so good ......some clearly need additional customer service training Room was a good size waldrobe hanging space inadequate for a 4 night stay, air conditioning could have been better, shower was nice and hot with good pressure Overall a comfortable stay not so sure about value for money

First class from start to finish. Friendly & obliging staff. Modern & spotlessly clean. Great for parking & walking distance from town & main amenities. Wife & I both agreed that it was the best hotel shower ever !!
