The stay was good can not believe you have to pay for parking when you are staying at the hotel when you pay over a £100 a night

I think you should put on your website that there is a parking charge for the stay at the hotel. Thought the food was very limited and a bit too expensive.

Very convenient for Bournemouth Airport outward and return flights as we live too far to complete journey in reasonable time.

Clean room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Great shower, although the glass screen should probably be longer, as quite a lot of water splashed onto the bathroom floor. Speedy reception check-in. Free weekend parking. For the price, better than the budget hotels. Only concern was a stain on the upholstered bed footer, which looked a bit dodgy.

For the price, we were very impressed. Room was clean, service was good. Pool, gym, changing area were impressive. Staff were all very young but pleasant. Breakfast was ok, could have been better, as a vegan a bit of marg instead of butter would have been nice, lots of pesky flys flying around and we found a hair on our sausage but as a cafe owner myself, these things happen. All in all, we would book again.

Clean, comfortable and well located. So much nicer than the popular chains in town with limited but really good food. Bonus of having on site parking (great if you gave a van) although it may cost extra and a Starbucks.

OK for the money. Check in at Village hotels always not so straightforward. Cheeky with the add-ons for the parking. Getting in the gym time-consuming, even though paid for suggests computer systems need an upgrade. Great gym.
Loud sports through the whole bar - not what EVERYONE wants

When i booked it said car parking and WiFi.
On check in that To get either of these you had to pay.
After checking in electronically ( I prefer the human touch with a warm welcome), I went to the bar and had to wait for around 10min It took so long that i asked a member of staff if the bar was self service as well as the check in.
I found the food on offer to be expensive for what it was and when ordered both the starter and mains came together.
The only good thing i can really say about this hotel is that they give you plenty of milks for the tea and coffee in the room ( they give more than any other hotel)
I awoke with a bad back from the bed.
I checked out and it said that a receipt would be sent to my email. It didnt arrive and I had to phone them up ( where II spoke to a human), she wash very pleasant and sorted my receipt out and i received it within 5min.
This is not the 1st time I've been to this chain but could well be the last.

App for check in etc did not work correctly and created confusion and delay at eventual check in to me and staff. Pool and parking extra costs not well explained at booking. Despite carefully confirming only required pool access for one for one night and being told parking of £5 covered two nights at check out tried to over charge me. Room stank of stale cigarette smoke and bathroom had a broken a sharp and dangerous ceramic tile on the floor. Usual whinge about hotel food and drink prices so as usual didn't purchase any. At check out raised these points and in fairness incidental charges dropped and immediate apology. Would use hotel again.
