I don't know why this hotel gets so many bad reviews, the staff are always nice, it's convenient for the airport, has been modernised and is great value for money. I've stayed a few times before catching an early flight. I would recommend it.

The place is very simple but useful as what it is. A place to sleep in between flights.

Due to flight cancellation, I was not able to stay in this place. I showed the hotel evidence through expedia but still rejected to give me a refund.

We only stayed one night as arrived on late flight. This hotel is very basic, more like a hostel with private rooms, Very small room with beds only and no space for luggage Bathroom is tiny and plastic (like in caravan) Corridors smelled of strong air fresheners which gave me headache It’s served it’s purpose as we just needed a bed for the night but it was overpriced at £70 with frequent traveler discounts for what it was

It's really cheap. And there's a reason. It's basically like living in a giant (not really giant) portaloo. The bed is comfy but squashed against a wall. Everything around you sounds like other people are sharing the room with you. Some girl was having a breakdown outside about her boyfriend not letting her in the room who then proceeded to knock of the wrong door for ages, then talk on the phone then go up and down the stairs by the door over and over again. It was so loud that she could have been standing at the end of the bed. No windows so really claustrophobic. I wouldn't stay again tbh but seeing as it was five hours till the flight it was passable

As exhausted travellers all we needed was a bed till morning and a shower. We knew there was no window and a cramped room but that was all we needed

The staff was great, especially Fahim who assisted me with early check-in. The room was efficient and clean! Great for a solo traveler! The restroom reminded me of a cruise ship...small yet really efficient and effective!

The location was great for getting to Luton airport with the bus stop right near by. The check in was easy and the man was helpful (but wouldn’t let my boyfriend up later on). Bathroom was a bit grotty but all round a fine place to stay for a night
