Awful.....did not have my shuttle reservation to air port, Then they called us with a confirmation for it 2 weeks later!!!! The also CHARGE $25 for a $6.80 uber ride to air port

Checking in was easy, has a nice pool and hot tub. Only thing I could complain about is that you have to pay for a shuttle bus to the airport.

My wife and I were traveling back from MN with her mother, so we had two rooms. The mother-in-law's room had a horrific odor, which tried to be masked with some sort of air freshener. She hadn't unpacked, so we asked for a different room. The front desk clerk told me that there were no other rooms available, even though there were only 6 cars in the parking lot ( a total of 15 cars by morning). I asked the front desk clerk to come smell the room, and she claimed she couldn't smell anything. We left a window and the room door open for 3 hours while we went to dinner and the odor got some better. In our room the dead bolt and the bathroom fan didn't work. Is it understaffed or perhaps being renovated?

The hotel was nicely decorated. However that was about it. Our room and also the rooms of others traveling in our group smelled really bad. A funky dirty/stale smoke smell. The bathroom was dirty with mold/mildew the floors. One couple in our group had a stranger walk in their room while they were getting ready for bed. The front desk had given someone a key to their room when it was already booked! That does not make us feel very safe!! The price that we paid to stay there was absolutely ridiculous and the hotel is not worth $180 a night!

I tried to cancel this because I changed my flight to later because of the weather. Went in circles trying to change night if stay… NO success Now what??? I have to pay? Yuk and yuk
