The person at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We were able to bring all our luggage up using one of their stylish carts. We did have a problem, figuring out how to close the drapes at night. They were somewhat hidden behind the sheer drapes, which we didn’t expect. It made my father very angry. But, the young man at the counter was very helpful in showing us how to find the extra set of curtains in the window. The only other thing that was not appealing, was being charged two dollars for a very small bottle of water. Other than that, the room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean and modern. We all slept like rocks. And isn’t that what it’s all about? My dad said upon entering the room, you must’ve paid a fortune for this, which delighted me. Also, the parking was free.

Sadly our stay was unsatisfactory. I booked two rooms for one night, our second group was unable to board their flight. I spoke to hotel employee and kindly asked her to cancel the second room. She stated “you should have told us before 3:00 pm,” which was not possible due to our guests flights leaving Colorado after 3:00 pm. Hotel employee advised me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia via chat, Expedia agent asked me to patiently wait 3-5 minutes while she contacted hotel to request a one time refund waiver considering we had not checked into second room. After a few minutes Expedia agent advised us the Hotel would not budge on a refund nor would they offer a future credit/ stay. $432 for 2 rooms one which we didn’t use made our stay completely unpleasant. Hotel was busy (Friday) parking was full, room could have been easily rented out. Upon checking in couch in our room was dingy and leather/pleather significantly torn in multiple places. To avoid cracked leather digging into back of our legs we placed towels on couch. Carpet was dingy as well. Window curtains do not close completely therefore sun will shine in your face when sleeping. Unfortunately I do not recommend staying at this hotel considering you can drive up the road to a nicer, better lit area with nicer surroundings and blackout shades for better sleep.

Was a very clean and nicely accommodating hotel. Would be alot more fun if traveling with someone. They provide a well put together breakfast. Though the quality was lacking. (Oatmeal running eggs tasteless) The indoor pool and hot tub were very clean as was the fitness center. (Both quite small though) They also provide free drinks in the evening which was relaxing. Room was spacious and very clean.

The curtains on our windows were only the sheers. There were bright parking lot lights shining through and made it difficult to sleep. So bright! The walls are super thin and we could hear neighbors two nights in a row - ALL night.

Night was quiet but construction in the morning was noisy. Good location for dining out. Decent breakfast. Lots of parking and easy access to anywhere

It's seem every place I've booked through Expedia gives me the "Expedia Room." Room 212 had the smell of smoke covered up by chemicals, it was a non-smoking room, had a noisy AC that sounded like a car about to break down and no blackout curtains which allowed for a spot light from parking lot to shine directly though our window. DONT USE ROOM 212 if you plan on sleeping. I'm bout to give up on booking through Expedia. I won't even complain about breakfast and coffee, come on and find out for yourself.

I was traveling for personal business I needed a quiet place to stay. Receptionist was extremely friendly and had me check down in no time. I enjoyed a very nice quiet evening. The bed was very comfortable. My only criticism is that the towels are too stiff and scratchy. Other than that the room was very clean.

If you must go bring your towels bed sheets and high wooden shoes, like the traditional Dutch shoes to avoid having your feet catch fungus from the rising water in the tub that drains like a trickle when showering. on the plus side light breakfast is palatable but bring your own coffee. Chose your room carefully, what you get might not what Hotels.com showed you in the picture. I shuttled between 4 rooms before I scummed to accepting one on the floor where the stupid elevator music run all night long.
