Comfort Suites DFW Airport

We chose this hotel because they offered a free airport shuttle. When calling the hotel, they claimed the shuttle came every 25 minutes. We waited almost an hour and a half, although the hotel claimed that the shuttle was there every 25 minutes. It wasn't. No point in arguing with the two guys at reception, because they were adamant. We may be old, but not stupid nor blind! Except for that, we were VERY PLEASED with the hotel. Swift check-in, nice spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed and a living room, both with working TVs. Coffee maker was working great and well stocked. Specious bathroom and plenty of soft towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. We got there a bit late, and hungry. They had menus of a few restaurants that deliver. We chose the Chinese restaurant, and they were fast and good tasting food. The hotel's free breakfast was another pleasant surprise, with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and everything else you'd expect from a good breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was punctual, with a very nice driver. This would have been a 5-star review, if it wasn't for the extremely frustrating wait for the shuttle from the hotel!

This was just an over night stay. It needs some updating, but it was clean with a comfortable bed. The shuttle to the airport was convenient, make sure you schedule your time when you check in. I didn’t try the breakfast but looked like the usually, waffles, yogurt, muffins, juices. Only issue was they didn’t answer the phone when I called before I got there. I was trying to get a shuttle ride from the airport, I had a late arrival, ended up having to Lyft it. When I mentioned it the guy said they have been answering phones. For what I was there for, this place was ok.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Convenient to airport and liked the parking and being able to leave your car here.

The experience of trying to stay at the comfort inn was a horrible. Made reservations called for a shuttle. Was told the shuttle would be 10 minutes. Shuttle did not show up called numerous times. Was told by a group at the desk. Different stories. After 2 hours of waiting for the shuttle booked another hotel. The management at this hotel is absolutely horrible

Stayed a night as we missed our flight from dfw. Although it looked clean, it doesn’t smell good in the hotel.

Close to the airport and provided shuttle as I had a 12 hour layover so it was really convenient

Had a very comfortable stay at Comfort Suites DFW airport. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. The room we stayed in was comfortable and very quiet. Just be mindful that there is no on-site restaurant. Common areas quite shabby and and need of an update.
