Hey Expedia and Westin - thank you so much for totally ripping me off on this hotel room. I reserved a room for a night when I was going to be delayed overnight in DFW. Reserved it on the plane but managed to mess up the reservation day and reserved the room for two weeks out. Ended up flying out that same night at 3 am so did not need the room. But of course it was impossible to get refunded even though they had two weeks to re-rent the room. So the Westin basically stole my money. Total thieves.

I like the proximity of the airport from the hotel. Very clean. I like having the option to leave my truck while I’m gone.

Hotel was nice and had no cleanliness issues. Not a fan of charging $20 a day for parking if you are a hotel guest. That is ridiculous. Especially for an overnight stay. The hotel should offer a rebate to confirmed guests.

The place looks well kept. I had a problem with my room and they put me in a suite down the hall. People were friendly in the morning and catching the shuttle to the airport was easy with a short ride. If you’re going to DFW, this place is definitely worth considering…I recommend it.

Fast and pleasant check in. Close to the airport. Did hear some planes during the short night due to staying because of a missed flight connection. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Shuttle service.
