Stayed here before will stay here again when flying out of DFW. Clean comfortable room, nice restaurant and bar not to mention several nice restaurants nearby. The best part is the free shuttle to and from the airport along with free parking.

Very clean room with stylish decor. I also liked that it was very quiet despite being so close to the airport. Only real disappointment was the desk staff were not especially welcoming at check in and I had to ask them about the hotel and shuttle service rather than them offering to tell me about the place. Not a huge deal but a little off-putting.

Spend a night during a long stopover, the shuttle bus is very slow. I waited for more than 35 minutes and called twice.

Our reason for picking this hotel was the shuttle service. Guests need to know that the shuttle handles both the Doubletree and Sheraton properties so the ride is going to take at least 40 minutes going to all the airport terminals.

The Sheraton overbooked and moved me to the DOubleTree, upon arrival there was paper covering windows, port a pottys in the parking lot, construction everywhere. I did not even want to get out of my vehicle, the property had been quite neglected for some time. The inside appeared and dated and not well taken care of. I was traveling alone and absolutely did not feel safe. The hotel has also refused my refund even though they overbooked and moved me to that dump. I booked elsewhere. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

My flight got cancelled and I am not comfortable using free motel 6 hotel offered by American airline. Motel 6 was not even that cheap . I don’t understand American Airlines logic anymore as with 50 dollars more you would provide a hotel like Sheraton for your customers. This is a gem that I did not expect. I am glad that I chose Sheraton the last minute. It is a quiet location close to airport. Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe and friendly staffs . Sheraton never failed me ! The price is very reasonable!
