Quality Inn DFW Airport North

Was loud (planes), dirty, old and it smelled bad. Floors on 2nd floor moved underneath carpet as you walk and roll your bag to your room. Bugs in bathtub in the morning (tiny German roaches). Door to bathroom splattered with some white stuff, carpet stained in several places, and hairs stuck to wall and water stains on ceiling . AC unit in room 240 was noisier than a truck. Also NO sleep, this hotel is on the direct flight path and the windows shutter as the plans fly over. It shook the bed.

Good transfer service, good breakfast choices, kind receptions. Rooms could be better about cleaning.

Stopped for one night layover. Room was OK, clean. Hotel appears well used. It looks like it's been renovated in the past couple years. Complimentary breakfast was sparse.

Needed to stay for a night before my flight. Value for money.

Not easy to arrange shuttle service from airport. Left to figure it out completely for myself

No major issues, staff is always nice, daily room cleans, plenty off parking. Only complaint is the breakfast, they only have eggs and waffles. For 80 bucks a night you'd think they would offer a better breakfast.

Look this stay was overnight only. Flew in one night and connected to another flight at DFW the next morning. So for a quick in/out it was OK. The breakfast was ok: breads, waffle maker, eggs no breakfast meat, juice & yogurt. It was basic but did the job. There's also a Denny's directly across the street that's convenient for a quick meal. The hotel is old, tired. This is the second time I've stayed here when landing in Dallas for an overnight connection. The price was right. But not sure I'd stay here again. Just rather pay a little more and get a little more. Good, quick airport shuttle service.

Clean, comfortable, great shuttle set from and to the airport.

It was a great place for the price, the shuttle was easy to find and very convenient. The staff had wonderful hospitality, would definitely stay here again.

Customer service was great from both the front desk receptionists to the van drivers driving me to the airport, price was also very convenient for the night!!..
