Hyatt House Denver Airport

I accident booked an extra night I called IMMEDIATELY and they said I couldn't change or they would charge me more than the room cost for the night so we kept the reservation as is. When we went to take the airport shuttle back to the airport the Driver thought necessary to tell us " how great trump was" it was very uncomfortable for all. The ride to the hotel from the airport was great. The guy was friendly and so nice the room was nice and clean..

Good stay. Had to request housekeeping on day 3 of 6 and was denied due to lack of housekeepers. We weee forced to use dirty towels and no new linens. The jacuzzi worked for one day then, they blocked it off for “Maintenance” Pool was nice. Access to Gas grills was nice as well. They charge $50 per day for incidentals (not mentioned at check in) and $14/day for parking. Seams a little ridiculous to me.

It was moth season and not one word was mentioned until check in via the flyer taped to the front desk. Giant moths flying around the lobby, in the towels, in the curtains, in the bathroom, in the bedrooms. Dozens of them everywhere, everynight. It was impossible to get a good nights rest. The manager didn't offer any type of help or assistance. No option to check out without sacrificing the total. The front desk staff felt bad, but they couldn't assist. The 2nd day, they did send maintenance up with a handheld vacuum. We had to purchase repellent and moth balls and moth packets to try and ward them off. They love to hide in the towels. The breakfast buffet was decent. We liked the room with the kitchen. Too bad we had such a rough experience.

We got in really late. The shuttle from the airport was still running. The driver and the front desk clerk were great and helpful.

This hotel had some of the friendliest staff that I have ever met. They went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that our needs were met. They were super with the children that were traveling with me.

Very nice space to stay before catching my flight at DIA

Very close to the airport and close to food areas. Train options aren’t far away to get to downtown also.

This property is new and very close to the Denver airport. Loved the in-room kitchen and separate bedroom. Staff was friendly and offered great suggestions for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

We had to pay for parking at Hyatt Place in Albuquerque and Colorado Springs.
