The bathroom was short of toiletries. We decided to stay the night because we had a long drive ahead of us, was very disappointed that there wasn’t parking for larger vehicles, such as RVs. Staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was overall clean. I would stay again Without a larger vehicle.

The rooms were nice. Was only there for one night. The registration desk clerk that evening was kind of rude not friendly, it was almost like a bother checking in although I stood there for a good 5 to 10 min before she walked around the corner. Also crazy that you have to pay a fee to park in their parking lot of their hotel as having to pay for a room for a night is not enough

The area is super safe and a convenient distance from the El Paso International airport. My biggest constructive feedback is that our room had not been cleaned when we came back at the end of the day. We purposefully did not hang the "do not disturb" tags on the doors so that our beds would be made up, but our beds were not made and we didn't receive any more towels in the bathroom (nor were the dirty ones removed). This is the first time that this has happened in any hotel we've stayed in.

This is a very nice property. Our only issue was, our room was next to the elevators, and people were coming and going all night. We had an early flight the following morning, so we did not get any sleep. I like this hotel, but be sure to request a room away from the elevators. I’m not sure why they placed rooms right next to the elevators. But otherwise, a good hotel.

I do have a complaint. I was not told nor was I aware that there was as a $10.00 parking fee until I just reviewed my receipt: Needless to say this will be my last stay at your hotel.

Property is ok, convenient location but the overall area is a little suspect AND the property imposes a mandatory $10 parking fee for unsecured street level parking. No Gates, no garage, no security of any kind but a mandatory $20 parking fee. I will NOT stay here again, too many other options who do not charge for the same level of parking in a more secure feeling area.

Location is good, close to ELP Airport, shopping plaza, restaurants. Enough and easy parking space. Room is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. If breakfast can be more variety then it would be super!
