Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fargo 19th Ave/Airport Dome

It was simply a bed needed to sleep and get to flight the next morning

Poor service. Arrived at 2pm on a Sunday and was informed by an employee watching TV in the lobby that check in wasn't allowed until after 3PM. Returned about 5 pm and there was a sign at the desk stating employee had gone to the airport. The same employee that had told me that check in wasn't until 3, said i would have to wait until the other employee returned. When I asked why the employee there couldn't help, she stated it wasn't her job and I should complain to the owner if i wasnt happy. The employee did finally check me in after a few minutes waiting for the return of desk agent from the airport. I still am not sure why the first employee wasn't able to complete check-in process right away.

It was ok stay - nothing special. Room was clean. Air conditioning unit went on and off all night. Location good if using airport.

This is a VERY tired and old Days Inn. It is two stories but there is no elevator. We really booked it for the shuttle from the airport, but when we needed to get to the hotel, no one answered the phone (we had already checked in and dropped off bags and told them we would be needing the shuttle after we dropped off our rental). We called and the phone just rang and rang. I had two small, tired kids with me, so we just ended up taking a cab the 1.5 miles! At one point, another guest was told there weren't any more electronic key cards and the poor front desk clerk had no way to get in touch with management. They also didn't give a good feeling about having the shuttle confirmed for our very early morning flight -- it ended up being fine, but I was incredibly stressed and hardly slept being worried about it. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but it seems like there is only one employee there at any given time, and they are not supported by ownership. The shuttle drivers are the check-in people and it just...doesn't seem like a great system.

The room was clean. The headboard fell off of the wall during the night. The smoke alarm went off repeatedly in the middle of the night. My shuttle to the airport was nowhere to be found as well as the employee in charge. Had to take an Uber and pay for my ride to the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young lady that brought us to the airport also helped carry our luggage inside. Thank you

Close to the airport and nice enough. No real complaints. Super disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working

We confirmed courtesy transportation from the airport to the hotel several times, but no one was ever available to provide transportation as promised. Don't offer a service if you have no intention of providing it.

I had to call 5 times for the airport shuttle and it took one hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to show up. Both coffee pots were empty in am. No hot breakfast items were provided. I scheduled a shuttle for am ride, and they had no record. I nearly missed my flight. Overall terrible experience

It was fine for a quick night's stay near the airport.
