The front desk check in was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I was told “ we marked you as a no show cuz it’s so late”. I’m emergency traveling after my husband suffered a cardiac arrest from AZ to Fargo. I had been up traveling since 4am that day. I advised her if I paid for a room I should be able to check in whenever I arrive. I wasn’t aware there was a time limit. She them snapped again at me advising that I would have to wait for her audit to be done before I could Check in. According to her she just started it. I reminded quiet and calm. I think that help to defuse whatever she had going on and about 7 mins later(times it) I was checked in. It’s not professional to visit your bad day on customers.

The lady at the front desk was helpful and pleasant when I checked in. I also appreciated getting a room close to the exit on the main floor, making it easy to take my dog out for potty breaks. Unfortunately, housekeeping never came to our room and we were there 4 nights. We ran out of toilet paper, we ran out of towels and toiletry items as well. The center of the breakfast sausage was pink and the eggs were watery in the main serving pan. The coffee was good and the dry cereal option was fresh and good. The room was clean ad smelled good. Unfortunately, the lamp next to my side of the bed kept flickering and when I checked to see if it was plugged in I observed a long orange extension cord on the side of the bed where a power strip was attached. The lamp was plugged in there and when I went to pull/plug the lamp back in the cord sparked where the cord was worn down next to the plug of the cord. I could have been electrocuted!! I quickly shut the power cord off and unplugged the lamp. When I moved the hazarous lamp the top fell off becuase the screw that attached it was missing. I set it aside on the desk table. When I went to get a tissue from the wall mounted box the face plate of the box fell off. I was able to gently place it back, but it clearly was not originally reinforced. Trash in hotel parking lot ... a tacklebox contents thrown across parking area, a bbq grill was left knocked over with contents across parking area.

We stayed here for two nights during a soccer tournament. I was a little nervous for our stay after reading some of the reviews, but our stay actually went very well. No problems during check in/check out, staff was nice, and no issues with anything not working in the hotel/room. Also, the beds were comfortable, but I feel bed comfort is usually based on personal prefrence anyways. Our room was clean. The hotel and parking lot did have some rough areas with being dirty at certain points, but I wouldn't entitely put that on the hotel because people should be respectful and not just leave their trash on the floor. The hotel does seem to clean up a mess when they see one and get a chance to get someone over there to do it though. The pool was also great. My kids spent hours there and enjoyed it. Overall, if we have another tournament in that area, I would book this hotel again!

The front lobby and bar area looks good; nice and clean and presentable. The parking lot is run down. The hallways have a coating of dust along the the corner of the floor and walls. My room was outdated and dirty. I slid the TV back towards the wall to mske room to set something down, which revealed crusty stuff along the edge of the TV stand. There was a layer of dust along the entry way to my room and the window had old paint on the top portion and peeled off tinting on the bottom portion. There is riff faff hanging around outside. One guy started talking smack. I ignored him and that was the end of that. This place is a dive. It's a $60 hotel, but I paid $90. Way over priced.

Logan the check in dude was awesome. Helpful and kind! There was a tattoo convention at the hotel. I brought my 3 grandkids. The room very outdated , very dirty in corners, carpets were stained. No extra blanklets. Very limited channels to watch. I travel with my grandkids frequently. By no means expect perfection, but it was scary. Pounding on our door in middle of the night. I won’t recommend this place for anyone. I will be requesting a refund, but the front staff was truly commendable.

The bar was closed and that’s the reason I booked this room to eat and have a few drinks before going to airport

Front desk staff was not very welcoming and did not say anythng more than they absolutely had to. The hotel is outdated and seriously lacking on cleanliness. There was trash all over the parking lot, carpet in hallways looked like it hadn't been shampooed since opening day, there was silly string and idk what else on the ceiling in our room, there was pee built up behind the toilet, and hair in the shower. The pool area could use a serious make over as well.

The hotel staff was nice at the front desk allowing some grace on my part, as i forgot my ID. My room was paid for so that helped alot. Thanks hotels.com 😊 i checked in with my dogs and was given direction to my room. The entrance 4 door was broke you did not need any card to open it just pull on it and you were in. Some guests were bringing in females across the hall, all hours of the rest of the night as i checked in rather late. My room floor was dirty 😐 it was a pet friendly room, i ended up using the cleaning wipes i carry with me to clean the room floor. Im the type of person to give grace and made do with the room, as my appointment was at 7 and i checked in at 1150 so sleep was on my mind. In which i slept then was woke up due to other guests awake all night in and out of the rooms and partying. Definitely this place needs help in alot of areas. One thing was the night manager who went above and beyond for a traveling guest, She was doing work far beyond what she gets paid for and what type of hotel ramada is!! Bless her!

Front desk staff were rude and when i tried to ask a question she got very defensive. I never did see any staff wearing unifirms, nametags, badges, etc to identify themselves. They were dressed in sweats. Not very professional. I stayed two nights, on third floor. The first night there seemed to be party central out in parking lot outside my window. People yelling, loud pickups revving their engines, etc between midnight to 4 am. I got fed up with the rude behavior around 2am called down to front desk and asked if they could do something. Was basically told told no, they werent going to get involved. I asked if they would do their job and they hung up on me. Will not go back.

Dirty towels. Every single one of them. The fridge smells like dead fish. Management wouldn’t switch rooms for us. There was some sort of fight in the parking lot. Cops all over late at night. Drunk people all over the lobby and smoking right in the entry way. Would not recommend anyone stays here.
