We booked a room for 5 people, stated 3 adulots and 2 kids ages 10 and 15, and this is the first time we got a room with two beds with no sofa.
We were told that we didn't specify that we needed a sofa which was a surprise for us as we never had that issue before when we were travelling. We always got two beds with a sofa when booked for 5.
They had no mattress to provide us, and we were given blankets so my son had to sleep on the floor. The beds have no room for 3 people.
Not sure how they advertising a room with two beds for 5 people.

Our stay was generally ok- customer service at the hotel was really good. We did have an issue with our reservation ending a day earlier than I had a confirmation for- it was very frustrating to deal with corporate and was told that there was nothing that could be done due to it being thru hotels.com which was frustrating as a customer. When finally transferred to the hotel front desk I was connected with the GM who handled it pretty quickly and was very helpful. I was on hold for over an hour though making my way thru corporate which was horrible. Customer service at the actual site was really good! The rooms were big but the air was humped up to 70+each day and the room was really musty and humid- like our clothes were wet. Had to keep it really cold to keep humidity down. Also very few of the plug ins actually worked for charging- they were all “loose” so didn’t keep the plugins tight. I bought a power strip to make it work for our long stay. Breakfast was very much continental- nice to have it handy but not a lot of options.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
A little leery when the property across the parking lot has busted out windows. Wasn’t sure if my vehicle was going to be safe.
Otherwise clean and my son loved the pool ( said it should be bigger.. lol).

It looks like maybe there have been some updates to this property. The beds were clean and comfortable. Both rooms had a dirty sock smell. Maybe they rent these rooms out for long term stay during the winter? The place next door seems to do that year round. Would have preferred more lighting in the parking lot. Breakfast did not have many options. Was good enough for the night, a decent price. Probably would not book again. Staff was pleasant at check in and out.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were dirty and un kept the lack of maintenance is uncalled for especially for the area. Knowing over the years the money that has come in and out of that area and the cost of the rooms there is no reason for the condition of this hotel. Days Inn/ Wyndam should be ashamed. Hair in the beds, smoke smell in the rooms, showers and tub falling apart, garbage area the outside and in the parking lots, doors slamming all ours of the night. The one thing I will give this hotel is the staff. The front desk lady was so very kind, when I found hair in my bed and the room was dirty, she did her best to accommodate us.

Didn’t like the limited parking at the hotel. The hotel was clean but the pool was small and there wasn’t a hot tub. Also didn’t like the very limited breakfast choices.

It was nice and clean and the front desk ladies were attentive and sweet. I would have had a better stay had the hot tub been working as that was one of the main reasons for me booking the room. However, your pool was substantially warmer than other hotel pools that I've used in the past which was a welcome surprise. The room was nice and clean and had what we needed for the night with the quick access to the airport for my mom's early flight and the events we had going on in town for the day. Thank you for the great stay.

The first room we were booked into had not been cleaned. Disappointing, but they were happy to give us a new room. Sadly, that room was on the second floor and we had a lot of luggage, and no elevator. Since when is there a hotel with more than one floor with no elevator. Plus, I have a disability that makes walking difficult, let alone climbing a full flight of stairs. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Probably better options available. Since we were just passing through, we didn’t try to find a better option. Looking back, I probably would if I had it to do over again.

Checking in I had this full page security thing to fill out and had to put in a $50 hold that lasts for 3 days in case there was any damage to the room.
The said it was because I used a 3rd party (Expedia).
Read in between the lines “We are penalizing you for using the travel app.
