Holiday Inn Fargo, an IHG Hotel

The hotel paid for a taxi from the airport and set that up rapidly! I am very happy with how they dealt with shuttle service when the shuttle was not going. We were at the pool late and no one ran us out! Very happy that we were able to enjoy the pool after arriving late!

Great hotel! Downfall was the layout. It wasn't very convenient to an elevator. It was difficult to find our room. We enjoyed the Sports lounge, the coffee shop, the hotel shuttle and our room. Sadly we werent able to experiece the pool area or resturant.

Staff was very professional. Was happy they cleaned our room after just one day! We stayed two. We had an early flight and shuttle wasn’t running that early and they arranged for a cab. We are very appreciative!

I had an awesome experience at holiday inn fargo, right from check in to check out, extremely professional and friendly The room had a beautiful view and the bed was so comfy, the toiletries were exclusive- i travel a lot and in a long time had not seen such good quality toiletries) The breakfast was yummy and the staff very warm and smiling. I look forward to staying there again. Thank you

It is an older facility but has been updated nicely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location is very convenient plus they provide me airport to shuttle service. I would definitely recommend.

Our stay was okay. The staff was all very nice and helpful. Rooms are dated and small which made it difficult traveling with children. I think improvements in housekeeping could be made. We had four people in our room and had three towels and one wash cloth along with only 2 cups in the room for water. There was no where to put your hand towel, it just needed to stay on the counter. No hot water for 15 minutes. Also housekeeping didn’t come to our room but that could be because of the holiday. It would have been nice to be told that at check in. Whenever we needed something the staff was very helpful though.
