Horrible tiny parking lot, wanted mail to show address as i lost my wallet and only had a passport, charged pet fee room was grose dirt stains on floor tub was disgusting breakfast was medicore at best spent 15mins pushing buzzer and calling the number listed to no answer had to go find a room maid to locate the desk attendant to check out spider and flys in room

Driving in we were hesitant because the parking lot was in a bit of disrepair, but the inside is nicely renovated. We have a puppy so the hard floors were a plus. However when I tried to pay the fee for pet stay, the credit card machine didn’t work so had to pay that in cash. Did not use pool or hot tub. Breakfast was fine

The room that we stayed in was smelly, the pillows were uncomfortable and the sheets on the bed had black marks on them. The bath mat in the bathroom was dirty. Parking was very poor considering that it is limited and a truck took up four of the parking spots.

Great place to have a comfortable sleep while travelling.

Nice.Not extravegant. Really small pillows but everything I needed for a quick sleep before an early flight.

We travel and stay at a lot of different hotels. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything about it was top notch.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Nice for travelers or family get together.

We stayed the night to give our baby a break on a road trip and this hotel did the trick! It was quiet and clean (enough) for us to spend the night. Check in was fast, there was lots of parking, and they even had a pretty good breakfast in the morning! No complaints... although I don't think this would be my first choice for a long term stay!

Very dirty. Smelled and had garbage all over the parking lot . The staff was very nice and helpful

Miss Destiny I came in last friday late night. My plain Landed 11 PM 6 of September in Fargo. I got room 219 I was very tired because I travelled from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Chicago and then to Fargo. I really needed to sleep. During the night It was very cold, I couldn’t sleep, the heater didn’t work, I had to put on my cloth. But It didn’t help. And I could not drink warm coffee because the coffee machine was broken. Next morning I spoke with Cherry . I told her about the awful experience in your hotel. She gave me another room. But didn’t want to compensate me. When I checked out she fully charged me. There was no manager to talk with. Your personal doesn’t care for customers. This is very cliënt unfriendly I Will complain to the management on ChoiceHotels. And I demand at least 1 night for free. So I expect you to charge me 1 night in stead of 2 nights Yours sincerely Miss A.C. Klein, MA
