The decor is basic but spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. But the thing that sets this property apart is the staff. They went above and beyond to be helpful. My room Was not ready for check in until late so they offered me a late check out the next day which was nice because my flight was in the afternoon. The shuttle driver was very courteous and took me directly to the terminal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needed an overnight before a flight or cruise.

It was a convenient place for a pre cruise stay. Pool was nice and free shuttle to hotel was great. Not tons to eat around but we found a pub.

Room was fine, but I was given conflicting information about the airport shuttle. The inbound driver said that the shuttle the next morning would run every 15-20 minutes to the airport. At 10:10am at checkout I was told the next shuttle wouldn’t arrive until 11:00am, so I had to pay for an Uber. As my Uber arrived at 10:30am, the shuttle arrived too. Terrible organization and communication.

Great shuttle service from airport and to cruise terminal! Rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is amazing! Just ask and they will get it if available! Great breakfast. Anything you might need shopping wise is available within walking distance! Perfect location if you fly in and don’t want to rent a car to cruise out.

Booked this hotel at the last minute, after 12 hours at the airport dealing with the fallout of the Microsoft outage. The hotel is close to the airport, clean, in a safe, quiet area and modern. Check-in was thankfully quick and easy. Our room was good, breakfast was delicious with healthy options, and the staff were kind.

I was exhausted from travel and was very appreciative that they allowed me a late check out. They charge five dollars per night for parking which I was not aware of other than that. It was a good stay.

Sorry Hampton Inn but I will not be staying here ever again! If this stay is indicative of the standard of Hampton Inn then I must take it off of my list of possible places to stay! Room and furniture was outdated, hair on my pillow and sheets, whole room floor was hardwood with no rug or carpet around the bed. Hallway carpet multiple stains, chairs in lobby and dining area stained! Airport shuttle driver needs his license revoked! I kept looking behind us to see if we were being chased by a tornado! Staff was amazing though! Especially Stacy! She was the greatest! Professional, courteous and helpful! If the ambiance and room conditions of the hotel matched her personality and customer service I’d wanna live there!
