Wyndham Garden Ft Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Easy pick up from the airport but it was a long walk (not their fault just how the airport is set up)

Overall good for an airport stay. Its 5 min from FLL, they offer a shuttle there and parking for your car and they have an in-house restaurant/bar which was convenient. We had good late night cuban sandwiches. The ac in the room is a wall unit and made a lot of noise and was very humid in the room.

Location was very good, near the airport and only 7 min by car to the beach. Breakfast was simple and good and all the staff we encountered was kind. The room was clean and modern and the cherry on top was the free parking. A few things we didn’t like: the pool water was misty and they charged us 2 dollar for each peace of luggage we left the reception after the check out (no other hotel in our trip did it).

While I cannot really say how the Wyndham property is as we were moved over to their sister property, the Tru hotel. We had a good stay there. Free breakfast in the morning. The room was nice and roomy for the night. We were comfortable. They had a store in the lobby that was open all night. Helped us as we arrived pretty late. Would stay there again if we needed to. Oh, and a shuttle from the airport and to the port the next day!!!! Very happy with the Tru hotel.

Parking is a little wonkey. Stairs down from upper level parking open out to street in rear of property. No stairs to walk to upper level parking, you have walk the driveways. But other than that the pillows and shower are 10 stars

Great location next to the airport and great rooms

My wife, daughter and I had 2 rooms for one night. We checked in at approximately 8:00 p.m. and took the 3:30 a.m. shuttle back to the airport. The shuttles are VERY convenient. We were picked up right outside our international arrival door. The rooms almost felt too nice for the minimal amount of time we needed them, but I will absolutely use this hotel again in the future.

The staff was not professional at all and made check in so stressful. With so many hotels in the area don’t book this one. We had big issues checking in even because the woman said her shift ended at 3. It was only 5 minutes past 3 and the next person had not come in yet. She left several families sitting in the lobby while we waited on the late employee to show up. While the woman didn’t help anyone get checked in. The rooms were okay and the beds were fine. The location was not great. You have to do a u turn on a very busy street to get in the parking garage every time.
