Convenient to airport, clean spacious rooms, breakfast was average, pool was in an odd location bit but ok. Check- in uses a video kiosk- covid precaution maybe? Easy enough to use. Complaints? The blowdry was broken and never replaced (told them 3x because I didn’t want to get charged for it) and the dumpster gets emptied at 1-1:30am - BANG!!?

I do not recommend this hotel, very dirty and run down. Not worth the $ they charge, not even close ended up sleeping in my rental car in the parking lot

This place is not as pictured and you had to talk to a remote person the whole time. I chose the hotel only because it looked decent, and said it had a shuttle! I never would have booked it without this, because it was more expensive than the other hotel I looked at. We got in at 1am and had to pay 50$ to get to the hotel. Also, cancellations aren’t allowed! It was so gross, itching all night, and I think we have bed bugs. Hair on the sheets. Shower didn’t drain down and it was just gross. We didn’t even want to check out the pool after this!

I was charged twice for a 1day stay. The hotel was listed as close to the airport which is why I selected it. It was a $26.00 dollar cab ride to the hotel with no service to the airport.

No shuttle service to airport provided. Room was dirty, sofa is bad state and covered with stains. Bathroom had stains on walls which could have been easily washed away if properly cleaned. Garbage receptacle had not been emptied.

check in was on a kiosk, it was a person but still not in person..this makes it lack in customer service when you did see a person in the morning no one spoke or greeted you. trash cans were over filled in parking area as you walked into the building, in the dinning area

A great deal for the price. Absolutely no complaints just a few little things you might change. We look for clean, safe, comfortable and convenient and they check all the blocks. Only drawback is getting, on foot, to a decent restaurant. Surprised that they don’t have airport shuttle. An Uber ride is inexpensive.

Had to find quick hotel option due to late cancelled flight. Property was filthy, very dirty common areas as well. A/C was not working. Service and front desk was not often there and did not answer phone.
Despite having my do not disturb on a hotel worker in casual clothes/jeans kept banging in my door when I was on a business call.
Overall very poor and one of the worst stays I have ever experienced.
