Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Myers - Airport

The hotel appears to be new. Very clean and just what I needed for an overnight business trip. The parking lot they have is small and when I arrived, all spaces were taken. I had to park by a curb, but at least I was able to park. The "free" breakfast is mainly muffins, little protein bars, oatmeal, yogurt and coffee/water.

The front desk clerks who checked us in and out were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the recliner made it possible for my disabled husband to sleep which was the sole purpose for selecting this hotel. There is a Starbucks directly next door. We had a late evening event to attend. On returning we wanted to purchase 2 bottles of water from the vending machine. It would not accept our credit card so we asked the night clerk to change a $20 since the machine wouldn’t take bills larger than $5. She said she couldn’t make change and seemed more interested in walking a dog. So we had to go back out to a local convenience store. The breakfast area closes at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. Nevertheless our needs were met by virtue of having the recliner in the room. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. If you’re looking for frills, this probably isn’t your place. But if you are traveling with someone with specific needs, then it will meet those. Bring your own drinks and snacks and you’ll be fine.

Work travel, match perfect for me.

This is a fairly new hotel and close to airport and other activities. Front desk staff extremely nice and hotel was very clean. I was a little shocked that they didn't have a pool but maybe that is still in the works since some construction going on outside but overall loved it and the room layout and amenities
