Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Myers Near JetBlue Park

I didn’t need a suite but AI Conan insisted I upgrade All this did was create a room that needs more cleaning for the cleaning staff I didn’t like the automated check in and the fact that there was no human at the hotel Also I would suggest that you provide transportation for your guests to the airport. Uber wouldn’t accept my Visa because the price for transporting was toolow

Perfect for a one night stay before an early flight. Virtual check in was convenient.

The check in system was unique but very efficient. Customer service was extremely fast, friendly, and helpful. This location is very close to the airport as well which is convenient. I highly recommend!

Very clean and quiet even though so close to the airport. Breakfast offered could have been more robust. No real hot items except for make your own waffles and then EVERYONE was trying to get that. 3 people staying in our room but kept getting only 2 towel sets. Zero front desk staff so check in was remote and clearly out of country staff with difficult accents to hear through the speakers.

Would be nice to have airport shuttle since so close to the airport. Video check in was interesting. Would rather have a person onsite.

We needed a place close to the airport. Room was clean. Check in and out was easy. We were there less than 12 hours. Met our needs. No complaints.

We never actually stayed in our room. Our flight from Grand Rapids was delayed several hours, once we found out about this, I called Days Inn to cancel our room and they said I had to cancel it through Expedia. I tried calling Expedia several times and never got through to a person. So instead of arriving near midnight, our flight didn’t get to RSW until 3:45 am. We decided to just use the hotel to sleep for a couple hours, so we drove to the hotel. We spoke to the “video assistant” and he told us that he did not see our name and maybe we were at the wrong hotel. So I read him my confirmation number and he said that Expedia canceled our room and I would need to talk to Expedia. By this time we were just exhausted from our trip and we went elsewhere. My guess is that the hotel assistant answered my earlier phone call, knew that I wanted to possibly cancel the room and went ahead and double booked it. I have used expedia for all of my travels over 20 years and I have never had anything like this happen. I am very disappointed and sincerely hope that we will not be charged for the night at Days Inn.

Close to JetBlue Park, the airport, and major highway to take you anywhere you need to go.

This place is right near the airport which i like, plus easy to get where i wanted go, second time staying here, will be back
