Great location near airport. Decent complimentary breakfast. Coffee was actually delicious. Room was spacious and bed and pillows were comfortable. No complaints!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. They even provided a travel play pen for us which was very convenient. The only downfall was the location. Not surrounded by much to do besides the grocery stores.

Stayed one night as I was flying out of GSP very early in the morning! Very nice place! My room was great, and a comfy bed! Front desk gal was awesome! Super friendly and helpful! I wish I could remember her name, to give her a shout out!! Would definitely stay there again!

I have loved Hampton Inn and Suites, and thus one was no exception. From my first interaction when I called for a shuttle from the airport, to the delicious breakfast, to the helpful and friendly staff, to the sitting area out back, to how comfortable the pillows were, to the room itself, every single bit was wonderful.

The Receptionist, Nichole, ordered us a UBER when she found out the driver of the van to take us to the airport was not available. She did that on her own.

Shuttle from airport was nice. Drivers name was Shanning Rashad. He was super nice. Receptionist very polite. Breakfast was ok. My room was nice, but could hear traffic all the way up the fifth floor.. it was good that I could walk 15 minutes to most fast food restaurants. Very happy with my stay

It was a brief one night stay. The room was clean the check in was easy and staff was friendly. As far as hotel breakfasts go...it was disappointing and offered few choices As far as eco-friendly...there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, I guess that's a step in the right direction. I was hoping for an electric charger for my car..but not expecting it. If you have a late arrival at the airport be aware that the shuttle stops running at 10:00pm.

I was in South Carolina for a few hours and I needed to get in to my room earlier than the check in time because my flight was few hours later the hotel took care of my early chicken and my stay was very pleasant. I will go stay there again.
