Clean, quiet and close to airport

Great parking and a clean facility. Plenty of hot water.

my family’s flight got canceled so we had to make impromptu plans and ended up staying here for the night. the hotel was very clean, had a corner store, and the people were very nice. the beds were comfy, they have whole bottles of dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash instead of those small generic hotel ones you get normally. their travel size toiletries were free and good brands too - old spice, bath and body works, dove. i would definitely use this hotel again.

The parking lot was vandalized during my stay. Some peoole broke the windows out of several cars in the lot.

Check-in was quick and I got to my room, which I found to be clean. I always do a check of the bed for things like bedbugs, clean sheets, etc, and it was satisfactory. Bathroom was clean. Area around the property was okay and it was centrally located to everything I wanted to get to plus the airport when I needed to leave. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was amazing, staff friendly, hotel cleaniness. Huge parking space and in the middle of everything.

Close to airport

The evening hotel staff, the ones who do all the work, were AMAZING. The daytime staff refused to help my husband who just had major surgery with using an empty freezer for ice packs, nighttime no issue, daytime with nothing to do but refuse to help a person in need. Also, they purposely raised freezer temp when we used it again at insistence of nighttime staff, making the ice packs useless the next morning. We traveled hundreds of miles to see our son who is based nearby in Air Force and this was the "excellent" service we got from Holiday Inn. All hat aside, the hot tub is iffy. Breakfast is expensive, but filling. There is a Waffle House that you can walk to in parking lot, if want to do that, open 24 hours, of course. Nancy in the dining room is an amazing woman and if you do eat there and get to see her, it is worth it!! Also, if you add breakfast to your stay be sure to put in the exact number of people, because even if they are a child they are considered an adult if over like 10.

The lobby area of the hotel was ok. The staff was nice. However, when I walked in the room, there was a stale, musty odor. I woke up to two dead roaches on the floor. The property appears to be old and in need of renovations. The price is definitely too high for that property. I travel a lot and was disappointed with my stay at the Holiday Inn.

I love this place, it's a home away from home and i truly hated to leave. The staff and environment is just so homely. I'm not much on traveling, but this place has me wanting to go more often. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!!!!!
