EXCELLENT customer service! All of front desk, housekeeping, and Ms. Dot. The hotel is clean, extremely comfortable beds, good comp breakfast, ample parking. This is our go to hotel while in MS.

Very Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included bacon. The parking lot had ample room for our big trucks and 30' work boat. Did I mention ........ They had Bacon and eggs. I usually skip the breakfast but glad I didn't.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast staff. The rooms and elevator were less than clean. We requested daily cleaning when we checked in. Our room was cleaned one time in five days. The parking lot was always littered.

The pros: The Springhill Suites is in a good location and is a relatively new hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were kind. Breakfast had plenty of options and was tasty. No issues finding a parking space. The cons: The biggest con is the rooms are strangely configured. Bathroom across from both beds means you are waking someone in middle of night. TV is mostly in the living area, making it hard to view from beds. Advertised that they had Max and they didn't. You need to log in to view anything besides a few basic channels. I would stay again even with the cons.

The facility was clean and had nice amenities; pool and exercise room. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again when traveling.

My fiance an i were totally impressed with the hotel everything was beautiful, fresh, clean, friendly, breakfast was super.This will be our little place we go to when traveling through. I would truly recommend this hotel to my friends an family
