Maui Beach Hotel

My room was on the first floor near the end of the building. There was a slight smell when I entered it, but it disappeared in half an hour when I opened the windows. Since it is located near Kahului Airport, reaching the airport within 5 minutes is convenient.

We stayed here one night to take advantage of the airport shuttle for an early morning flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to dining options (Cupies!)

0 stars. Would not recommend. This place looks beautiful in the marketing photos but was scary in person. The property was FILTHY and in disrepair. Immediately gives an icky feeling when you walk in, so much so I felt I needed to check for bed bugs. The carpet was disgusting and turning dark brown/black, the bed linens were stained, and the hotel is just run down in general. To add to the scummy feeling there were flyers left all around the lobby for homeless shelters, help for battered women, drug rehab, etc. I’m happy these services are being provided but this does not give off the vibes you want to see on vacation in Hawaii with the family. It made my family feel as if we were not in a safe place.

Very close to airport

I booked a garden view suite and girl an email confirming that I would be in a garden view suite but ended up in a suite that overlooked the parking lot. When I asked the front desk, she said that is the suite I paid for. Breakfast was also included but the restaurant closes on Monday, which was the morning I checked out so I could get breakfast which would have been included in the cost of my room. Just felt there was value in my stay. I only stayed there because n might be a use I was taking a connecting flight but when I return to Maui for a longer stay, I would likely stay elsewhere.

Property was comfortable, the room was spacious. The location was convenient, close to the mall and to other businesses. Great perk of this hotel is that there is a free shuttle that will come pick you up from the airport, you just have to call them and they will come get you whenever you land. It might take a little while so please be patient. The shuttle will also take you back to the airport but going this direction you will need to reserve this ride ahead of time with the front desk. It is a free service and runs every hour from the hotel. If you're parking your car there please note that there is significant construction going on next door so the parking lot has been impacted.

Stayed here after a medical emergency, getting back late from hospital there was almost no parking. There’s a banquet hall next door or connected and it takes a lot of the parking. The hotel was nice, quiet, and the view was nice.

Property is old and has alot of construction going on around it. I could not hear the construction from my room luckily but it was difficult to get to the parking. Room was fairly clean, however I had experiences with 3 different bugs on 2 different days. The gym area was pretty nice and looked newer remodel. Front desk wasn't friendly.
