Such a cute, quaint old-school hotel. The rooms are really really small but a lot of care. The bathroom is large, wonderful shower. We stayed here 6 yrs ago and it’s much improved. The property is so nice, huge pool, all sorts of lawn games available. Even beautiful gas fire pits and seating. For us it’s a one night stay before flying out of Maui. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is immaculate. Very family friendly.

The room that we stayed at was ok, but a little too much for the price per night. It has a Motel 6 vibe to it, but i see they’re updating most rooms in the back building, construction going on. I wish they have a bigger TV or like a smart TV and a microwave in the room. The only good thing is that they have a hospitality room you can use after check out and the complimentary shuttle to the airport. Beach access is a plus but beach was not the nice. Walking distance to shops and groceries. Peaceful location that is close to the Airport.

Stayed there following flight cancellation. Was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Super friendly staff. There were many families with kids all having fun in this nice and friendly hotel. Room was ok and location super convenient. Close to the airport and some shopping malls. The place was very charming. Again totally impressed with all hotel staff. Very nice and go out of their way to make you fell welcome.

If you need to stay near the airport or need somewhere affordable - this is not a bad option. The original room we were booked into had a smell of cleaning supplies and mustiness that was a bit overwhelming. The second room had no issues. This is more of a two star hotel, and if you go in with that frame of mind, it's quite nice. Great little pool, nice communal area, very friendly and helpful staff, access to a little shadeless beach on the city's bay where a freighter was docked but also where local rowing teams were practicing and windsurfers were out in abundance. The connecting restaurant - Tante's - was also great with a large number of options including local and Filipino cuisine (which I tried and loved).

Due to a medical situation at the airport, we had to find a room for one night. Maui Seaside Hotel was suggested, and what a find. The facility is immaculate, a phenomenal lawn and pool area, and a service staff second to none. They dispatched the courtesy van to the hospital to pick us up, gave us a ground floor room, and let us have a delayed checkout until 6pm the next day. The room and beds were comfortable, coffee maker and fridge were appreciated, and a full service restaurant on site, it made our I unfortunate stay very very nice.
