Your charged 33$ per person for bus service whether you use it or not. Parking is hard unless your a rewards member. Im handicapped and there were only 3 parking places for us but like 30 reward member parking.

Loved the place. Beautiful and large pool. Free Shuttle service to downtown . Trolly stops right at door. Tiki bar on site is great. Room is awesome. Easy parking views are amazing. 2 free drinks at bar per each nights stay. Concierge sevice booked my dive trip.

Beautiful ocean view, free parking, nice pool with lots of seating, good choice of complimentary breakfast, rooms by the ocean often have austy smell and damp feel to them but this did not. Did not disappoint. Very close to airport with a regular shuttle into town. Perfect stay. Front desk staff who worked during the day could be a little friendlier - evening staff was very good

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean, ensuring I was fully satisfied. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious. The pool is clean and a great spot to relax surrounded by palm trees. This hotel is close to an airport so you will hear airplanes now and then, but it didn't bother us. Be aware that this hotel is set up like a motel, with rooms accessible in an outdoor setting; however, the quality is obviously much, much higher. One minor area for improvement is the tipping situation here (tip jar request at a continental breakfast, anyone?) I also witnessed a shuttle driver passive aggressively address a passenger for not tipping. Not great behavior considering the daily rates and resort fees here are not cheap, and our business is what provides them with a job in the first place. But again, overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would book again when we come back to Key West.

The property itself was clean and well maintained. Even though you are near the airport I didn’t hear any planes flying by at night. The staff was pleasant. The only complaint was a front desk member didn’t know the information about the shuttle service. My party had signed up for the service and arrived ten minutes before the scheduled departure time and waited fifteen minutes after the schedule departure time. The the desk clerk couldn’t provide any information on where the shuttle was or what happened etc.

Modern & clean rooms, nice staff, two free drinks a day for the adults at the pool bar, good crowd of people, convenient shuttle service to and from downtown area, ample parking , breakfast was to my satisfaction. The pool stays open late . No complaints

I wanted to extend my stay, but I couldn’t get the same room I had for another night, so I booked another reservation. Unfortunately, because of the Microsoft outage, I couldn’t be kept in the same room, but the staff was more than willing to give me a late check out from room #1, to an early check into room #2, so it all worked out really well. Also, I appreciate it that they had a shuttle source that took you to downtown Key West so you don’t have to worry about driving to and from. And they also provided two free drinks per day for the adults in the room at the pool bar. We took our 5 yr old and she loved it. The rooms were great - clean, modern, nicely decorated. We did a pool view and went to an ocean view. The latter is bigger with an additional chair and table. Both rooms were great , staff was kind , shuttle was very convenient, highly recommend.

Up market basic hotel, clean, safe area. Not in walking distance to things. Right next to the airport but can’t hear the planes. The shuttle into the centre is the best part about the hotel.

The rooms were updated and beautiful. No carpet, yes! Beautiful barhrooms. Ocean view room was worth the extra fee. It's outside downtown which is a nice break from the tourist area. Shuttle runs all the time so you don't need to drive and park since parking is expensive. Near the airport so you do hear the planes.
