Excellent Hotel it is right beside a Hospital but is new very clean, had a full kitchen in the room. was very quiet. Wife and myself took a couple day trip mid week and was very nice. new Slim Chickens restaraunt in the parking lot (very good as well) Would stay at this Hotel again!

Stayed for 2 nights just passing thru Lexington. Front desk staff during all shifts were VERY friendly and efficient. The room was VERY clean. Bed was comfortable, good bedding. Provided kitchen supplies were good quality. Water pressure was good....just pre plan for your shower and start water approx 15 minutes before you need to get in and you will have plenty of hot water. Coffee in the morning was good. Safe area, easy parking. Prefect for our short trip but I would definitely recommend for long term stay.

The hotel was VERY noisy. Every time the people upstairs showered or flushed it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the people upstairs were moving around it sounded like our ceiling might cave in. One night at 1:30 am the fire alarm went off -false alarm. In the parking lot outside our window there was a faulty light that flickered all night.
On the plus side, the staff was very pleasant the few times we interacted with them. And the location was convenient to UK for us.

Room was clean, check in was painless. Ive traveled for 20 years, when did hair dryers become non-standard amenities? I found it very inconvenient there was no hair dryer in the room. I had to make a call and ask the front desk to be told, "let me check if we have one," unacceptable.
Also, morning of check out i asked for 2 towels and was told they dont have any avaiable? Like, not enough towels to stock the hotel, i couldn't have any?
Also, maids were watching social media videos in the lobby during our checkin on their phones at full max volume while an older couple were struggling to communicate with the front desk. Very inconsiderate, desk manager should have spoken up on that one.
Just simple things that have never been a problem at any hotel ive stayed at before, even way cheaper ones. We won't be back.

Third trip to the university of Kentucky Medical Clinic and second time staying here, close to every where I have to go. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the Grinch decor for Christmas. Adrienne was very helpful and kind to help with some paperwork I needed. Like we have extra room and a small kitchen in room. We will be traveling back and forth over the next several months and this will be our choice each time.

I am a University of Kentucky alum and very familiar with the area. Great location if you are attending football games or visiting a student on campus. Rooms have everything a traveler would need for an extended visit to make them comfortable. Pet friendly and convenient to major shopping areas and restaurants.

I was able to get to my meetings at the convention center with a short 5 minute drive. The access roads were a bit confusing, and buses parked near some of the entrances made it a little difficult to get through the entries to the parking lot. A construction site next door was noisy from 8 am to 4 pm. All in all I liked the facility, the kitchenette helped a lot, the bathroom was sparkling clean and well lit. Bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was easy to control. The room was serviced before I got there and then three days later. Amenities were replenished regularly.

Disappointing! Reserved and paid for 1 bedroom suite as i was traveling with my husband and teenage daughter for 2 nights, 10 days prior. We drove over 900 miles from texas arrived 20 min early. When i asked if i could check in 20 min early she looked me up and apologized but had to change my room to a double queen room. No email, no phone call, already took my $ for the suite and i really didnt want to wait for the money to be refunded and still have to be out of pocket for another room that night. I settled for the dbl queen room and requested a refund of the difference... room was decent, fridge door is on backwards, spill under fridge door, toilet wasnt bolted down correctly so it wiggled when u sat on it, found a dirty sock behind the ironing board. And there was mold in the ac! I have learned my lesson with this chain. Dont be fooled by pictures, it is nice but i feel its comparable to a newly remolded cheaper chain. Im waiting to see what the manager can do about the price differnce but just to give a paid room to guest that wanted to extend their stay is a bit longer is completely unacceptable in my opinion.
